- Multi-purpose CNC cutting: one machine cuts carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and other metals up to 60mm, so a single investment covers your full material range.
- Pallet exchange for continuous output: load and unload one table while the other is cutting, removing idle spindle time from every job.
- 20000W laser power: 20mm carbon steel at 2.7 to 3.2 m/min and 1mm stainless at 50 to 60 m/min, with power available from 3000W to 60000W across the range.
- Compact footprint: the 6050 x 2050mm table is designed to minimise floor space engagement while staying economical to run.

CORE PARTS ADVANTAGES
Hollow heavy plate welding structure
Full plate welding gives high mechanical strength and high temperature resistance, and resists deformation. The hollow bed keeps the machine structure clear of heat even on very thick plate, protecting long term accuracy.
Segmented matrix ventilation
The segmented smoke exhaust device uses double and multiple rows of high-sealing partitions for 360 degree adsorption with adaptive control, filtering harmful gases, smoke and dust as you cut.
Intelligent bus system HYPCUT
FSCUT 8000 is a high power bus system built on EtherCAT for fast response and smooth motion. Plan, produce, debug, manage cutting parameters, diagnose core modules and schedule maintenance from one screen.
BLT 6 series cutting head
A cost-effective smart head for 2D, 3D and bevel cutting up to 30kW. Protective screws absorb collisions, window monitoring flags contamination before it affects the cut, and gas output is monitored in real time.

Figures are for reference with an RFL-20000 (100µm) fibre source. Actual results vary with machine tool, system, cutting head, air pressure and material. Values at the top of each thickness range suit small batch proofing rather than mass production. Copper must be cut with high pressure oxygen.

2 year equipment warranty
Covers the laser source (excluding optical elements), machine bed and gantry, guide rails and the cutting head (excluding lenses), calculated from the production date on the nameplate.
1 year on peripherals
Water chillers, fans, air pumps and water pumps carry a one year warranty from their device tag, maintained by the original manufacturer with our assistance.
Door to door service worldwide
Factory technicians travel for installation, training and maintenance at USD 200 per day per person, with visa and travel arranged case by case.
